(August 30, 2013) – With each new season, more and more Americans are spending their weekend mornings glued to the television during their favorite English Premier League matches. Soccer fans in Atlanta are among the most passionate, and in the coming weeks while they’re watching the games at their favorite pub, they may see the Atlanta Silverbacks and North American Soccer League (NASL) brands right there alongside them.
The NASL announced the first phase of a multi-faceted marketing campaign this week – one that will begin this Sunday in a pair of Atlanta soccer pubs. The grassroots phase of the campaign will serve as the jumping-off point for promotion of the league’s championship game, NASL Soccer Bowl 2013, which will be held in Atlanta on November 9.
By winning the NASL Spring Season Championship, the Silverbacks earned the right to host the NASL Fall Season winner in NASL Soccer Bowl 2013. The game will give the Silverbacks an opportunity to bring the city of Atlanta its first title in a major professional sport since the Braves won the World Series in 1995.
Silverbacks promotional teams will visit local pubs in the Atlanta area to catch some of the best games the EPL has to offer and to let fans know all about NASL Soccer Bowl 2013 on the following dates:

The campaign’s launch comes one day before tickets to NASL Soccer Bowl 2013 are released to the general public. Tickets to the game will be made available to the masses on Monday, September 2 – both over the phone at 404-969-4900 and online at atlantasilverbacksfc.com.
